1.  DETERMINE SIZE, ARTWORK;
2.  SELECT SUITABLE P[APER for you
3.  Determine if 100K order is OK.
4.  PROVIDE above info to us for a
     price quotion for consideration.

5. If price acceptable, next we will 
     make a PRINTED PROTOTYPE of
     the exact bag so you know what
     to expect in the  real bag; 
     Prototype cost btwn $300- 400 to
     cover the plates, S/H cost; When
     order, we deduct the S/H cost 
     and no new plate cost;

6. AN ORDER AGREEMENT signed;
     Any adjustments in ARTWORK,  
     COLORS and QTY to be set now.

7.  PRODUCTION and DELIVERY in 
     8 to 10 weeks
