An Overview of what and how we strictly we produce the Labels/Stickers 
for PHARMACIES and the HEALTHCARE facilities

We must help to maintain an optimal hygiene and anti-contaminant conditions 

CONTAMINATION PREVENTION AND HIGHER HYGIENE STANDARD

Unlike most other label mfrs or suppliers, we make and pack labels for pharmacy or medical use in enclosed, dust-free area. ALL packing materials from the plastic wrap, bags and cartson are STERILIZED to remove all micro-organism and pathogens  to ensure a highest hygiene condition. This sterilization practice is not currently done by other label suppliers but it is a working standard with PACK-USA.
To START, ALL PAPERS AND PLASTICS enclosed mfg area  IMMEDIATE LAYER OF PACKING STORGAGE AND TRANSPORT SPECIAL PAPERS MATERIALS  SPECIAL ADHESIVE AND EVEN RELEASE PAPER 
Plastic bag  and Polyolefin must be made of virgin material. Both are sterilized before moved to mfg room for packing Only disposable body suits used in mfg area.  Labels for medical use are made in separate area Virtin PE Polyolefin wraps immediately on label rolls. Pallet: Ea carton will be wrapped wit label on top. The entire pallet is also wrapped. We carefully selectd the right paper for each usage. We also use Synthetic papers, sterilized paper when needed We customize the glue for each order to make sure the glue is most suitable for your usage
Packing carton underwent either UV or Irradated sterilization prior to moved into packing area inside enclosed mfg room. Immediate layer of PE polyolefin wraps to be done inside enclosed mfg area The LDPE polybags to pack label rolls are sterilized by UV before packing; Packing cartons also sterilized.
 No dust, no dirt, to contaminants .Labels for medical use will be stores in closed area in US warehouses. Not all lbels or stickers are the same because not every supplier in the US can do what we do! Glue is used selectively to suit your medical needs also not to interfere wth your drugs, medication or even to the patients.

CUSTOMIZATION CAPABILITY FOR SPEICAL USES AND SPECIAL NEEDS

There are unique usage situtations in both the pharmacy and healthcare operations that will require the suppliers or mfrs to understand and prevent the possible chemical/biological interaction between the paper, ink, and adhesives. For example:   Crytogenic Resistance in liquid nitrogen, Sterilization Indicator labels,  the electronic resistance in ESD labels...  The following chart explains some of the special labels we can do and how they are done:

 Made with Polyester, Polymide and fireproof PET with fire-retardant adhesive for used in situations with presence of heat and chemicals Test Tubes Vials Label Cryo Tags for Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen and Autoclave Storage, -196 to 110 degree
 Using dissipative materials to slow the
electricity flow to prevent the contents from ESD damage. Dissipative resistance between 10^(5) ohms and 10^(11) ohms. 		We customize the glue for any need: Waterproof, Removable, Durable, Food-Safe, Chemical,-free,  Super Strength; Release paper also can be customized.
